Vibrato is not a technical ornament you apply to long notes. It’s the most powerful tool you have to express yourself through the double bass.

I designed this course so you can stop copying your favorite soloists’ vibrato and start building your own. So every time you play a phrase, you can ask yourself: how would I do this if I were a singer?

It’s 10 modules divided into three acts: The Sea, The Body, and The Voice. We start by understanding where the movement really comes from, I teach you the base exercises to control it, then we work on releasing it so it sounds natural, and we close with the most beautiful part — how to make your double bass sing, how to turn a simple étude into a piece that tells a story.

To take the course, you need a double bass and bow, knowledge of the fingerboard at least up to the middle region of the instrument, and the willingness to study slowly, with discipline, no shortcuts.
