Double Bass Online Courses

The double bass doesn’t discriminate by age or talent. You can do this. You just need consistency.  Whether you’re starting from scratch, returning after a break, switching from jazz to classical, or refining your technique—in my virtual classroom you’ll find courses designed so you can progress at your own pace.

Who are the courses for?

Anyone learning double bass—whether you’re starting from scratch, returning after a break, switching from jazz to classical, or refining your technique. These courses work at your own pace, so you can practice when life allows.

What’s included in each course?

Videos in English and Spanish with subtitles, progressive exercises in PDF, adapted repertoire and piano accompaniments (where applicable), and recommendations for continuing your practice. Some courses also include a 1:1 class with me at the end.

How does the step-by-step method work?

Each course is organized in progressive modules. Practice one module at a time before moving to the next. This builds a solid foundation and keeps your progress steady and measurable.

Do the courses include a class with you?

Some courses include a one-hour 1:1 online class with me at the end. We’ll review your progress, answer your questions, and plan your next steps. To schedule it, you’ll need to complete the full course first—that way the class is personalized and effective.

Can I contact you if I have questions or technical issues?

Yes. You can email me anytime if you run into technical problems or need support with the course platform.

What do I need to take a course?

A double bass (your own or rented), a bow (preferably German), rosin, and the commitment to practice regularly. That’s it.
